Year of Birth:- 2001 Height:- 17.2hh Colour/Gender:- Bay Gelding Notes:- Bobby is a Shire horse, he is one of our gentle giants. Bobby is suitable for larger riders and is very quiet to ride out on hacks.
In August 2011 Bobby became lame with an infection. Despite treatment the infection did not improve and we took the decision to have Bobby put to sleep rather than submit him to the trauma of an operation that the vets told us had little chance of success.
Our giant will be missed by everyone and his field looks very empty without him
