Rides to the beach are for the more experienced rider who can control a horse at full gallop in the wide open area. Generally speaking beach riders are not under fourteen years of age. Beach rides are subject to the times of the tides and should be booked at least 48 hours before you want to go. Galloping through the waves on a beach is an experience never to be forgotten.

Within a short distance of
the riding centre is the beach at Pendine. Famous for being the place
where the land speed record was broken repeatedly in the early days on the eleven
kilometres of unbroken sand.
